By accessing or using GoboSignal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02Use of the Platform
GoboSignal is provided for personal, non-commercial use to discover and track opportunities. You may not use the platform to scrape data, distribute spam, or misrepresent yourself or your organisation.
03Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at gobosignal@jpisystems.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
04Content Accuracy
GoboSignal aggregates and publishes opportunity listings in good faith. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Always verify directly with the posting organisation.
05Intellectual Property
All GoboSignal branding, design, and original content are the property of JPI Systems. Opportunity content belongs to the respective posting organisations. You may not reproduce platform content without permission.
06Limitation of Liability
GoboSignal is provided 'as is'. JPI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any opportunity listing.
07Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
08Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malawi.
